Mental well-being is central to sustainable recovery. Project Chardi
Kala embeds emotional resilience across educational and therapeutic
environments, creating spaces where feelings can be acknowledged,
processed, and transformed. Through Chardi Kala Studios, walk-through
installations, and classroom sessions, the project promotes emotional
literacy and spiritual strength. Currently active in all Akal schools
and two universities, it empowers youth and recovering individuals to
face modern psychological challenges with confidence.
