Punjab’s Health Minister, the Honourable Dr. Balbir Singh, proudly holds
the ‘WORLD BOOK OF RECORDS’ certificate presented to the Kalgidhar
Trust. This recognition is a testament to his unwavering support and
significant contribution to the ‘1 Lakh Hand Impression Campaign,’ held
on June 26, commemorating the International Day Against Drug Abuse and
Illicit Trafficking. Standing alongside him are Dr. Col. Rajinder Singh
and Dr. Neelam Kaur, dedicated social workers and volunteers of the
Kalgidhar Trust.
