On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and
Illicit Trafficking, Dr (Col) Rajinder Singh delivered an expert address during
a focused group discussion organised by the Department of Health & Family
Welfare, Punjab, at MGSIPA, Sector 26, Chandigarh. The event was graced by Dr
Balbir Singh, Hon'ble Minister of Health & Family Welfare, Punjab, who
attended as the Chief Guest, reinforcing the state's commitment to combating
drug addiction through collaborative action.
