Sukhman 2026 was organised by The Kalgidhar Trust’s Akal Drug De-Addiction Centre on 10 October 2026 at Gurdwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Sector 34, Chandigarh, to mark International Mental Health Day. Around 200 participants came together under the theme “Lived Experiences in Mental Health.” The programme featured theatre on digital addiction, personal recovery stories, expert sessions on stress and sleep, and an interactive Thrive Board. The day emphasised compassion, family support, and timely help as essential for healing.
