About the Editor
The editor, Dr (Col) Rajinder Singh is former Senior Advisor, Psychiatry in the Indian Armed Forces and is currently the Director of Akal Drug De-Addiction Centres situated at Baru Sahib (Sirmour) in Himachal Pradesh and Cheema (Sangrur) in Punjab. Both the centres are the biggest drug de-addiction facilities in both the states, being managed by The Kalgidhar Trust, a charitable institution. Dr (Col) Rajinder Singh has treated more than 11000 drug addiction patients since his retirement from Army in 1991.
